Final suspect to appear in court in connection with Celeste Fronsman's death

ZANESVILLE, Ohio (AP) - A third defendant is set to be sentenced in the death of a severely burned 29-year-old woman who was found wailing along a rural Muskingum County road.
Prosecutors are recommending life in prison without parole for 22-year-old Katrina Culberson when she is sentenced Wednesday in Zanesville. Culberson and another woman pleaded guilty in the case to avoid the death penalty. At the trial of a man charged in the case, they testified that the trio took Celeste Fronsman to rural Muskingum County, where she was set on fire and abandoned. A driver found the Canton woman, and she later died.
The male defendant, LaFonse Dixon Jr., was convicted and sentenced to life in prison without parole.
Defendant Monica Washington was sentenced to life, with parole possible after 25 years.
