CAMBRIDGE, Ohio -- As summer approaches, the Guernsey County Sheriff's Office is offering a tool to keep families safe from sex offenders.
Lt. Curtis Braniger told AVC News that the OffenderWatch system tracks the names and addresses of the approximately 90 registered sex offenders living in our community, and empowers area citizens through education and information:
The OffenderWatch system allows residents to anonymously register for e-mail updates pertinent to their homes, schools, neighborhoods and communities - any location where their children spend time. The Sheriff's Office also offers helpful safety information to help local families during the summer and throughout the year.
