Peggy Louise Lambes Gibson
Peggy Louise Lambes Gibson, 83, of Kimbolton, passed away on Monday, July 29, 2013 at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center. She was born on July 29, 1930 in Copley, Ohio, a daughter of the late Harlen Otis Smith and Violette (Alexander) Smith.
Mrs. Gibson attended the Kimble Revival Barn and worked as a janitor at Saltfork Campgrounds. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening and watching her hummingbirds.
Peggy is survived by: her second husband, George Aldine Gibson; daughters, Karen Louise (Gene) Hunt of Newcomerstown and Robin Dee (James) Gross of Coshocton; sons, Duane (Diane) Lambes of Canton, Douglas (Karen) Lambes of Kimbolton and Eric (Susy) Lambes of Zanesville; sisters, Verna Gallimore of Virginia, and Violette Kinney of South Carolina; several grandchildren; many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by: her parents; first husband Paul Hayden Lambes; a son Phillip Lambes; four sisters, Betty, Gloria, June and Florence; and a brother James.
Visitation will be on Friday, August 2, 2013 at Bundy-Law Funeral Home from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with the service at 1 p.m. Pastor Phil Griffith will officiate the service with burial following in Guernsey Memory Gardens.
