NEW CONCORD — Local business Fabri-Form has merged with a Wisconsin-based company to increase the range and quality of services, but expects no significant changes for its 40 full-time employees.
The new company, PendaForm, is headquartered in New Concord at Fabri-Form’s 45,000-square-foot, $4 million facility on Friendship Drive. That location serves as the primary work site for the company’s engineering staff and corporate services.
Fabri-Form signed a definitive agreement in 2013 with Penda Corporation, based in Portage, Wisconsin, under a decision made by Resilience Capital Partners — the majority owner of both companies — to combine the two to encourage growth.
With the merger, PendaForm officials think they have been able to create a more resilient and efficient business for customers and shareholders.
