CAMBRIDGE, Ohio -- Charges have been filed against a local man and woman taken into custody on Friday following an apparent break-in at a home in Adams Township.
According to the Guernsey County Sheriff's Office, 30-year-old Lloyd L. Bozarth of Byesville and 28-year-old Brandi Valentine of New Concord were charged with misdemeanor counts of theft in Cambridge Municipal Court on Monday morning. Bozarth and Valentine were taken into custody after deputies reportedly found the pair involved in a theft at a residence on State Route 209, west of Cambridge. Officers had responded to the call, the second within a week, from neighbors who reported seeing suspicious people on the premises.
Both Bozarth and Valentine were released on bond and are scheduled to be arraigned in Municipal Court before Judge John Mark Nicholson on Tuesday morning.
