CAMBRIDGE, Ohio -- A Cambridge man, arrested and charged with a misdemeanor crime, may be facing felony charges for having a weapon while under criminal disability.
Fifty-four-year-old William A. Kleeman was taken into custody and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on Tuesday. Kleeman was reportedly caught using a relative's car without permission.
According to the Cambridge Police, the suspect was found to be in possession of a handgun when arrested. The weapon was allegedly located in Kleeman's oxygen bag.
Felony charges are now pending against Klemann for having a weapon while under disability. Kleeman was convicted of a felony drug offense back in 2003 that makes it illegal for him to possess a handgun.
