WHEELING, W. Va. -- A Bethesda woman is facing charges of DUI and child neglect after reportedly being caught driving drunk with her daughter in the car.
According to reports, police were dispatched to a downtown Wheeling business after receiving reports of an intoxicated woman driving a car with a child in it. Upon arrival, police arrested 38-year-old Heather Renee Billeter on charges of DUI and child neglect after they discovered her daughter in the car.
Billeter remains in custody in the Northern Regional Jail pending arraignment. Her daughter was taken into protective custody.
