Judge John Solovon sentenced Tina Jaworski to four months imprisonment for one county of felony aggravated assault. She had originally been charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated murder, a first-degree felony. Jaworski entered the guilty plea as part of a negotiated plea.
Authorities say Jaworski contacted a friend last fall and asked him to kill her ex-husband's girlfriend, offering the man a $200 down payment for the hit. When Jaworski and the man met to discuss the details in the Bridgeport Bob Evans parking lot, the man recorded their conversation and immediately took the recording to police.
Jaworski will report in August to Eastern Ohio Correctional Center in Wintersville.
