According to the Zanesville Police Department, two suspects approached a vehicle at gunpoint Saturday and demanded money from the driver, who had pulled up to an ATM. The pair then fled in a dark-colored SUV. The SUV was later located by State Troopers on Interstate 70 near Pataskala, and the subjects were taken into custody.
Police Chief Kenneth Miller said that Zachary Rogers and Joshua Conley, both 22-year-olds from Columbus, have been charged with two counts of aggravated robbery, two counts of theft, three counts of kidnapping. Conley also faces one count of weapons under disability.
Rogers and Conley remain in custody in the Zanesville City Jail. The case remains under investigation.
