Twenty-four-year-old Eric Glass was found guilty of a felony-five count of aggravated possession of drugs by a jury on August 13. On Monday, Judge David A. Ellwood sentenced Glass to 11 months in prison.
Glass was spotted in November 2013 by Guernsey County Sheriff's Detectives placing a powdery substance on a frisbee while standing behind a car. The officers, who came upon Glass by chance, came out from behind a vehicle and identified themselves. Glass then threw the frisbee in the air in an attempt to destroy evidence. Police later found evidence of ground up oxycodone residue on the disc.
