Dave Wilson finally said enough is enough and turned his fellow Steelers fan, friend and host of the 96FM Morning Show Michael St. James into the law!

Wednesday Dave pressed charges of Slander (undeniably true!), Defamation of character (WCMJ listeners have known he's a Steeler die-hard for the past 23 years!)
Liable (of course!!) and
Trespassing. Who cares if the office door was open?!) against Michael for impugning his reputation with the outrageous allegation that he would stoop so low as to root for the Seattle Seahawks!

Thursday morning live on WCMJ the Guernsey County Sheriff's Department's Detective John Davis and Lt. Steve Channel served Michael "papers" ordering him to appear in court. (Judge Judy, anyone?) Michael resisted and was nearly handcuffed, however, after much begging and pleading, MSJ and Dave agreed to a truce!

Dave Wilson-Chameleon?!

Dave Wilson stunned  friends and family earlier this week by jumping on the Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl Bandwagon! Since then he has hired a big PR firm to repair his reputation among Steelers fans, but we have unearthed MORE incriminating evidence that Dave may not be the fan he claims to be.

During Super Bowl week here at AVC Communications we want you to take a journey through Dave Wilson's Office so YOU can decide with which team his allegiance REALLY lies!

Since he was spotted wearing Seahawks gear earlier in the week (see below) we decided to take a little trip into "Dave's World"... his office, to see if it really was "just a mistake". We don't think so! You decide...

Even Earlier this week...
Dave Wilson stuns friends and family by jumping on the Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl Bandwagon! A picture is worth a thousand words, and this picture shows Dave's giddy excitement for the Seahawks! Dave announced the news this morning on 96FM sporting the Seahawks team colors and official Seahawks tie.

Dave... Steeler fans want to know... HOW COULD YOU!?

Dave's version of this story: "The whole thing's ridiculous!   It was just a poor choice of shirt and neckwear!  I was merely doing my job...trying to inform and maybe even entertain our WCMJ listeners when 96FM morning voice Michael St. James proclaimed that I was 'wearing a Seahawks' tie!'   I pointed out that it simply reflected the team colors of area high schools, but St. James remained insistent...and the concept was quickly seized by resident Browns and Bengals fans.  Frankly, the colors are undeniably "Seahawkish"...but I pledges to finish the week wearing only black shirts to compliment my Steeler "Terrible Tie."  The team fashion faux pas remains inexcusable, but at least I tried to look decent...for a radio guy, anyway."
